Membership Terms and Conditions
Should your payments fail under our agreement – there is a $2 charge for each failure that will be added to your next transaction to cover our costs.
We understand that things in your life can change – so here’s what to do if you ever need to make changes to your membership with us!
HOLDS – If you need to put your account on hold please let us know in writing at [email protected] we will email you back confirming that your account has been suspended accordingly! Please note there are conditions for accounts being placed on hold.
CANCELLATIONS – If you need to cancel your membership at any time please let us know this in writing too!
EARLY EXIT POLICY – If your membership type is a 12-month membership and you have not been with us for 12 months then the difference between the 12-month and the month to month rate is payable on exiting for the term you’ve been with us.
ALL REQUESTS TO CHANGE MEMBERSHIP DETAILS MUST BE RECEIVED 7 DAYS BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
